Subscription Policy

Thank you for choosing Verdia. Please read this Subscription Policy carefully, as it explains how our subscription service works, including free trials, billing, renewals, and cancellations.

Trial Period

• When you sign up, you will be charged £1 for a 7-day trial.

• During this period you have full access to Emma, your AI Anxiety Coach.

Automatic Renewal

• Unless cancelled before the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically renew into a monthly membership at £19.95 (incl. VAT).

• Your chosen payment method will be charged every 30 days until you cancel.

Billing & Payments

• All subscription fees are inclusive of VAT.

• Payments are processed securely using the payment method you provide at checkout.

• If a payment fails, we may attempt to process it again within a few days.

Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• To cancel, log in to your Verdia dashboard and follow the cancellation steps, or email us directly at support@skandelle.com.

• If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

• Because you have a trial period to test Emma, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once billed.

• However, if you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at hello@skandelle.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Changes to Pricing or Terms

• We may occasionally update our subscription price or terms. If that happens, we’ll notify you by email at least 14 days before any change takes effect.
